Beta overview

Trust & Beta

This page is a short, plain-language overview of what Enaviel does with your information during the invite-only beta, and how AI is used in the product. For the fuller statements, see the Privacy Notice and Beta Terms.

What information the product receives

Enaviel receives:

  • Account and profile information you provide when you sign up (name, work email).
  • Organisation and company information you enter into Company Brain — things like company profile, competitors, and market context you choose to record.
  • The content of the strategic questions you ask and the decisions you create.
  • The research subjects and competitors you choose to watch under Strategic Intelligence, and web content fetched on your behalf for that monitoring.
  • Analysis, recommendations, and other output the product generates from the above during its research and decision workflows.

How information is used

This information is used to provide Enaviel's decision-support, research, and intelligence-monitoring functionality — structuring your questions, generating analysis and recommendations, and watching the subjects you've asked us to watch. We do not run analytics or advertising tools on this product.

AI and research providers

Enaviel uses third-party technology providers to do this work: Anthropic for analysis, recommendation, red-team challenge, and synthesis generation; and Tavily for the web research used in Strategic Intelligence monitoring. Analysis sent to Anthropic can include your decision questions, company context, and evidence the product has gathered. Tavily receives the subject and competitor names you choose to watch.

Anthropic's published terms state that customer inputs and outputs submitted through its API are not used to train its models by default. We are not in a position to make retention or training commitments on Tavily's behalf beyond what it publishes itself.

How we label information

Enaviel always distinguishes four kinds of information and shows them separately, never blurred together: information you told us, information we researched on your behalf, the AI's own analysis, and the AI going a step further to infer something beyond the evidence in front of it. This lets you see where any given claim actually came from.

Human responsibility for strategic decisions

Every recommendation, analysis, challenge, and piece of synthesis in Enaviel is AI-generated. AI output may be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. It is not a substitute for your own judgement, and it does not constitute organisational approval, rejection, or authorisation to implement anything.

Only a human-recorded decision — never any AI output on its own — constitutes an actual organisational decision. You and your organisation remain solely responsible for reviewing the supporting evidence and for the strategic decisions you make.

Security

Today, Enaviel:

  • Requires an authenticated account to access any organisation's data.
  • Controls access to organisation data at the database level, not only in the application — each organisation's data is separated from every other organisation's.
  • Uses role-based permissions within an organisation.
  • Handles application secrets (API keys, credentials) server-side only.

This describes controls we have implemented, not an independent security audit, penetration test, or certification.

Beta status

Enaviel is currently available as an invite-only beta and remains under active development. Features and workflows may change during the beta. AI-generated analysis and recommendations should be reviewed together with their supporting evidence before decisions are made.

Beta data

Beta data is expected to carry forward — there is no planned automatic wipe of Cohort 1 data. This is not a promise of indefinite retention: if a future product migration or reset would materially affect your data, we will tell participants beforehand.

Data access and deletion

There is no self-service export or deletion control in the product today. You can request that your organisation's data be exported or deleted by contacting info@verdanttradehub.com; requests are handled operationally during the beta. Deleting data from our application does not necessarily remove copies our processors may separately retain under their own policies.
