Beta-stage notice
Privacy Notice
This notice describes what Enaviel does with your information during the invite-only design-partner beta. It is deliberately short and specific to the beta, rather than a full commercial-launch privacy policy.
Information we handle
We handle:
- Account and profile information (name, work email).
- Organisation and company information entered into Company Brain — company profile, competitors, and market context you choose to record.
- The strategic questions and decisions you create.
- The research subjects and competitors you choose to watch under Strategic Intelligence, and information generated while researching and monitoring them.
- Analysis, recommendations, and other output generated during your use of the product.
Purposes
We use this information to provide Enaviel's decision-support, research, and intelligence-monitoring functionality. We do not run analytics or advertising tools on this product.
Third-party processing
Providing the product requires sending some information to third-party technology providers:
- Anthropic — performs the AI analysis, recommendation, red-team challenge, and synthesis steps. Anthropic's published API terms state that customer inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default.
- Tavily — performs the web research behind Strategic Intelligence monitoring, using the subject and competitor names you choose to watch. We are not in a position to make a retention or training commitment on Tavily's behalf.
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider; effectively all product data is stored here.
- Lovable — our hosting and application platform. Lovable's published policy states that data held in a project's own database (which is where your organisation's data lives) is not used to train its models.
- Inngest — coordinates background execution of the multi-step research and analysis pipeline.
Where we have not stated a specific retention or training commitment for a provider above, that is because we could not confirm one from that provider's current published terms — not because one exists that we've omitted.
Retention during the beta
Beta data is expected to carry forward — there is no planned automatic wipe of Cohort 1 data, and we are not promising indefinite retention. If a future product migration or reset would materially affect your data, we will inform affected participants beforehand. We do not currently commit to a fixed retention period.
Access and deletion
There is no self-service export or deletion control in the product today. You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your organisation's data by contacting info@verdanttradehub.com. We handle these requests operationally during the beta and cannot commit to a fixed turnaround time. Removing data from our application does not necessarily remove copies our processors may separately retain under their own policies.
Security
Today, Enaviel:
- Requires an authenticated account to access any organisation's data.
- Controls access to organisation data at the database level, not only in the application.
- Uses role-based permissions within an organisation.
- Handles application secrets server-side only.
This describes controls we have implemented, not an independent security audit, penetration test, or certification.
Data protection agreements
We do not currently offer a standard data-processing agreement. If your organisation needs one, or other contractual privacy terms, contact us and we'll handle it directly with appropriate legal review.
