Beta Terms
These terms describe how the invite-only Enaviel beta is offered. They are scoped to a small, invited group of design-partner organisations, and are deliberately short rather than a complete commercial agreement.
Invite-only beta
Enaviel is currently available only to invited organisations (Cohort 1), by beta access code. The product is under active development: features, workflows, and parts of the product may change, be added, or be removed with limited notice while the beta is running.
AI output is decision support, not authority
Every recommendation, analysis, challenge, and piece of synthesis Enaviel produces is AI-generated. It supports your strategic judgement — it does not replace it. AI-generated output does not constitute organisational approval, rejection, or authorisation to implement anything.
You should review the supporting evidence behind any AI-generated analysis or recommendation before acting on it. Only a decision your organisation actually records — never any AI output on its own — is an organisational decision. You and your organisation remain solely responsible for the strategic decisions you make.
Beta data
Beta data is expected to carry forward — there is no planned automatic wipe of Cohort 1 data. This is not a promise of indefinite retention: if a future product migration or reset would materially affect your data, we will tell affected participants beforehand.
Availability
The beta is offered without any uptime or availability commitment. Service may be interrupted, degraded, or changed during the beta period.
